Usage:

For large volume, high-density forklift traffic,
industrial or warehouse usage

Application Usage:

For chiller and freezer coldrooms

  • Panel manufactured in epoxy-coated out of galvanised steel, and oven-lacquered in 25 microns thick polyester, food quality
  • Insulation is 60 to 160 mm injected polyurethane density of +/- 42 kg/m3
  • Full perimeter rubber seals on frame and underneath the door, and single/double wiper gasket on bottom edge.

Frame

  • Frame manufactured in polyester with pultrusion, or stainless steel, and locking profile in insulated lacquered sheet, or 304 L stainless steel, fixed by means of hardware covered by a profile.
  • Balancing: Counterweight set, hung from 6 mm steel cable, with safety system in the event that it breaks, by interlocking.

Furniture

  • Exterior zip lock in anodised aluminium, with two adjustable locking points
  • Exterior handle in stainless steel
  • Caster wheels in Ertalon assembled on stainless mechanism

Finishing

  • Standard RAL 9010.
  • Poliéster 3 mm.
  • Inoxidable 304 L, en opción.
